Created from the alliance, in France, between Sustainable Ocean Alliance (SOA) and RespectOcean, this challenge aims to:
The competition is open to all "solutionists" for the Ocean. The competition aims to reward solutions with a positive or at least neutral impact for the ocean and its marine and coastal ecosystems.
French and International companies, startups, SMEs, for-profit "solutionists" can apply to improve their pitch technique.
Projects at the idea stage, prototype or already on the market are accepted. If the Expert Committee wishes, it will have the opportunity to contact you for more information.
All applications will be reviewed and analysed by experts of the Blue Economy 👉 If you have an idea, a project, this is the opportunity to obtain constructive feedback!

10 selected solutions will benefit from a one-month training to improve their pitching technique 👉 ideal for building skills before your next fundraising!
In addition to the visibility offered to the 10 selected solutions, which will be able to pitch, online, their project in front of a professional audience during the Grand finale, the partners offer prizes to the three winners chosen by the jury.

In addition to the three winners, the Expert committee will award three special prizes:
The "solution for marine biodiversity" special prize is in partnership with the French biodiversity office. The award-winning solution will be highlighted by the FBO and will benefit from technical support as well as a day to visit of a French marine park.
The "bio-inspired solution" special prize is in partnership with NewCorp Conseil/Biomim'Expo. The award-winning solution will benefit from strategic support for the solution within the biomimicry ecosystem by NewCorp Conseil and a stand at Biomim'Expo 2023.
The "early-stage" special prize is in partnership with Sustainable Ocean Alliance. The award- winning solution will benefit from SOA's program and community access. RespectOcean will also offer membership to its network.
